MyMeetingMinder is the free, personal way to see what your Teams meetings cost — built for one person, not a whole organization. No setup, no IT approval, no cost.

How it works

• Search Calendar — browse your own recently completed Teams meetings and import the ones you want to track.
• For a meeting you organized, MyMeetingMinder pulls the real Microsoft Graph attendance report automatically.
• For a meeting you only attended, it records an honest estimate based on the meeting's scheduled time — Graph has no way to give a non-organizer the real report.

Estimate anyone's cost, privately

Add someone to a meeting by rough level instead — Worker, Manager, Director, Executive, or Customer (always $0) — using your own private hourly-rate guess for each. Nobody else can ever see these numbers, even coworkers also using MyMeetingMinder at the same organization.

What's not included

MyMeetingMinder is intentionally personal: no team-wide visibility, no CSV export, no reports. That's what Pro and Enterprise add, for people who manage a team or a whole organization.
