See what your Teams meetings cost — free, personal, no setup.

MyMeetingMinder is a personal Microsoft Teams app that estimates what your meetings cost, based on who attended and how long. This page explains what it accesses and stores, and why.
When you sign in, MyMeetingMinder uses your own Microsoft 365 sign-in (delegated permissions — never an administrator-level connection) to read:
For a meeting you attended but didn't organize, Microsoft Graph has no way for us to read the real attendance report, so we record your own attendance as an estimate instead — we never see or store anyone else's attendance data for those meetings.
For each meeting you import: its subject, scheduled and actual time, and attendance — either the real Graph report (for meetings you organized) or an estimate (for meetings you attended). If you add other attendees by hand, we store the name and level or rate you gave them. We also store your own private hourly-rate guesses for each level (Worker/Manager/Director/Executive) — these are never visible to anyone else, even others at your organization.
Data is stored in an Azure SQL database operated by MyMeetingMinder, scoped to your Microsoft 365 organization. It's kept as long as your account is active. You can delete any meeting at any time from within the app (kept as an archived record, not visible in your meeting list); to request full deletion of your data, contact us below. See our Data Retention & Disposal page for the full details.
If this policy changes materially, the "Last updated" date above will change too.
